Involvement in this
project began with construction at a virtual standstill. This
project badly needed important interior and exterior architectural
details to proceed in a significant way. Generation of appropriate
interior and exterior details regrettably required modification
to some work already in place.
With time and
expense critical, stock architectural pre-cast concrete
components were skillfully integrated to complete the building
exterior. This effort is exemplified by the masterful front
entry with second story balcony shown in photos available
below.
Working with
the client, a truly handsome yet understated interior was
created, applying a consistent strategy where an impressive
art collection rests on simple yet very attractive sand
finish plaster wall and the architectural focus is shifted
to beautiful wood coffered ceilings and marble floors.
